Kepier Hall is one of the oldest buildings in the town of Houghton-le-Spring and over the last 500 years has served as a grammar school, a church hall and now serves as the premier function venue in the area.

We have a main room that can seat up to 120 for formal occasions and 180 for conferences or more informal functions such as birthday parties. There are also 2 smaller rooms that will seat up to 30 for parties, meetings or functions, all of which are decorated & furnished to a high standard. We have full disabled access and facilities as well as a baby changing room. There is parking for about 20 cars immediately next to the building and ample free parking within 2 minutes walk.

The hall has a full time facility manager who can be contacted on kepierhall@btinternet.com and who will be happy to discuss bookings and is normally available during your booking to offer help if needed.
